Your leadership style will be critical to the success of your practice. This is not just about your capability to make key decisions, but also your ability to motivate your team. The starting point will be developing a greater awareness of yourself and how you impact others.

The Program

Participating in our Grow Your Leadership program will provide you with objectively measured feedback data on how others experience your leadership, and help you clarify how to develop your leadership path based on your leadership talents. This program can also be used to obtain client feedback on your talents and client service performance.

Firstly, the Business DNA Natural Talents profile is completed by each leader of a team so he or she knows their natural leadership talents and has a buy-in to their starting point for development.

Then, the Business DNA Leadership Profile is completed by each leader of a team and his or her peers, reports, managers, and clients. As part of this process, the leader will identify his/her strengths and struggles in terms of leadership talents, results and relationship balance, emotional intelligence and trust. Then during facilitation with one of our practice facilitators who is a leadership coach, the leader will build his/her leadership development path, including defining his/her leadership legacy
