Malcolm Le Lievre

Malcolm Le Lievre is a member of our International Community Development Team, and is the Executive Director of DNA Behavior ANZ and responsible for the Asia Pacific and Australia. He is based in Melbourne, Australia and is focused on the development and delivery of all our DNA related products and services to companies.

Malcolm’s goal in business is to see the transformation of client experiences, the transformation of business processes and the transformation of leadership teams to maximize their potential.

Malcolm has extensive experience in the following roles:

Training and Facilitation of transformation in businesses using DNA behavior.
Experienced advisor to organizations in people performance, culture, organizational development, business performance and strategic planning.
Expertise in linking and facilitating human behavioral insight to optimal personal and business decisions across a range of areas.
Performance Advisor and Strategy Team Leader for Global Businesses.

Some of his past corporate experience included being; the Deputy Head of Australasian Business group; Integration Director for merging companies; Commercial Director for Australasian Business group; Director and Head of a large Joint Venture Company based in China; Business Development Leader across Asia.

Malcolm has previously worked for BP plc for 17 years, based out of Melbourne, Sydney, London, Wellington and Shanghai.
